Feedback questionnaire for guests

You can create a questionnaire for your guests and get detailed statistics on the reviews in the Hoteza CMS. The functionality is displayed on the screens for the guests during their whole stay. However, it is possible to promote the Feedback with a pop-up set up some hours prior to their check-out (For more info please check the Marketing section guide in the CMS).

The list of questions is not limited and can be created according to different types:

1. Star / Emoticons question





2. One-select list question




3. Multi-select list question





4. Free text area (for Mobile / Web / HotPad applications)

The Feedback section is a part of the PRO license set, so in case you need to obtain it, please contact you Hoteza manager or our support team (support@hoteza.com) to make an upgrade.
