Methods of receiving new orders and service request notifications

How can a hotel get new orders notifications?
There are few ways to receive new orders and service request notifications:
  1. By email
  2. Pop-up notifications in CMS
  3. Via Hoteza Telegram Bot (how to activate Hoteza Telegram Bot)
  4. Via Hotel Management Systems ( list of existing integrations)

Hoteza Telegram Bot

The Hoteza Telegram Bot feature allows users to:
  • receive notifications about various events to the Telegram messenger
  • Change order status to: CONFIRMEDCOMPLETEDCANCELLED
  • Reply to guest messages

Activating Hoteza Telegram Bot

  1. Go to Hoteza CMS → Hotel Settings section →  Staff List section  +Add User / or Edit existed user

  1. On Edit Staff Profile page enter user's phone number in Phone field in the international format but without '+' or '00' (example: 79525678899)

  1. In the Telegram messenger enter @hoteza_bot in the search bar

  1. press Start button or input /Start command manually
  2. Next, Hoteza Telegram Bot will offer to go through account verification by providing a phone number. Click on the Yes, share my phone number! button

  1. A dialog box will open to confirm sending the phone number to the bot. Click on the OK  button
  2. After successful verification,'Validation Passed! message will appear

Hoteza Telegram Bot Notifications

Start workday to start receiving notifications via the Hoteza Telegram Bot. To do so, click on the Start workday button or input one of a following commands in the message box:
  • /startday
  • /daystart
  • /start_day
  • /day_start
  • /1
To disable receiving notifications, click on the Stop workday button or input one of a following commands in the message box:
  1. /stopday
  2. /daystop
  3. /stop_day
  4. /day_stop
  5. /0


Deactivation

To deactivate your account from Hoteza Telegram Bot go to Hoteza CMS → Hotel Settings section →  Staff List section   Edit → click on the Unsubscribe button:
