Display Groups: create groups that will be available only for certain rooms

In order to distinguish between the content and the access of different guests to it, the Display Group function has been created. Using this function, you can create groups that will be available only for certain rooms.

For example, to display specific application content only for particular rooms, you can create a group of rooms and add this group when editing content in the Edit Application section. [link]

To manage the list of display groups follow these steps:

  1. select the command Hotel Settings → Display Group in the System Main Menu:
























  1. To create a new group, click on the +New group button located in the upper right corner.


In the Select rooms field the numbers of rooms registered in the System for your hotel will be listed.

  1. Enter the name of the group in the Group Name field → check the boxes to mark rooms that should be combined into the group being created → Save.
